Julie Donnell is an agent and partner at Bellwether Insurance. She is a lifelong resident of Yamhill and a 1980 graduate of Yamhill Carlton High School. She started her insurance career in 1980 with Oregon Mutual in McMinnville. She attended the NW College of Business in Portland and after college returned to the insurance business. In 1984 she became a licensed insurance agent for the state of Oregon. She started working at Bellwether Insurance when it opened in 1993.
